Wild Weather

Isn't it interesting how certain changes beyond your control can cause such intense emotions to rise up? Things are going well and then suddenly, you are faced with the task of growing and evolving a bit more. I welcome it, but it does provide an opportunity for pain in that growth process. I want to keep growing and becoming, so embrace the wild weather, I will do.

I like to turn to my inner alchemy cards as one way to process through the emotions and today I felt a need for a wild weather spread.

Card #1: What is behind the wild nature of the situation? Contentment

Contentment is something that I do value. It provides a sense of calmness for me. It is a state of being that feels very blissful and I am tempted to live there so often, especially when the challenges come. I am always looking to get back to that place of bliss. So maybe that is feeling rocked a bit in the wildness of things. 

Card #2: What is the unseen benefit of being pushed out of my comfort zone? Awe

Living in awe of beauty. Witnessing the awe of love being expressed and received. Being happy for what is experienced by people that I love deeply. Wanting them to experience the joy of being loved wherever it is found. These are the things that would fill me with awe.

Card #3: How can I accept and manage my feelings in the uncertainty? Sexy

Continuing to tap into my own sexuality and enjoying those things that make me feel sexy. Taking care of my body and embracing it as valuable and desirable. Letting myself feel the attraction for myself and letting others be attracted to the sight and feeling of me. Being empowered to feel embraced for my sexuality.

Card #4: What steps should I take to keep gently moving forward? Magical

Paying attention to the magic that happens every day. The connections that are magic to me. The awareness of synchronicities that occur in my life and living in that space of gratitude for all of it.

Card #5: What is the unexpected wisdom I will gain from flowing with these feelings? Resilient

Oh, this card made my heart jump! Yes, resilience will be the outcome! Able to handle the wildness of this weather with a resounding love for myself and others.
